Upbrew QA

Find the bugs before your customers do. Hands-on manual testing for small teams building web and mobile apps.

Automated tests tell you the code runs. We tell you whether the product works for a real person, on a real phone, paying with a real card. Fixed prices, clear reports, no contracts.

why manual

The bugs that cost you customers rarely crash anything.

A signup email that lands in spam. A pricing page that breaks on Safari. A checkout that quietly fails for cards from India. An onboarding step nobody understands. These don't show up in your test suite, but they show up in your churn.

We're developers who test. We use AI tools to move fast, and human judgment for what matters: whether your product feels right to the person using it.

questions
Do you write automated tests?

Not as part of these packages. We focus on hands-on testing that automation misses. If a flow keeps breaking, we'll tell you it's worth automating, and Upbrew can build that for you separately.

How do you get access to our product?

Usually a staging or production URL and a test account. For apps, a TestFlight invite, a Play testing track or an APK. Don't put passwords in the brief. We'll ask for them separately once you've booked.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes. Send it over after booking and we'll sign it before we start. We never share your product or findings with anyone.

When do you start?

Within 2 working days of payment, usually sooner. The turnaround on each package counts from when we have access.

What if you don't find anything?

Then you get a report saying exactly what we covered, which is useful too.

Can I cancel the retainer?

Any time, from the link in your billing emails. It stays active until the end of the month you've paid for.

Refunds?

If we can't start because of something on our side, you get a full refund. Once testing has started, we don't refund. But if you're unhappy with the report, tell us and we'll make it right.
